Here's what we set up for this homeowner. A dedicated GFCI-protected 240V circuit for a new programmable pool pump, plus a separate 20-amp circuit for the CircuPool chlorine generator. The conduit runs from the panel, through the crawl space, and out to the pool equipment area - all secured, protected, and done to code. Running things through the crawl space keeps the exterior clean and the wiring out of harm's way. The outdoor junction boxes are rated for wet locations, which matters a lot in a poolside environment.
