LED Recessed Lighting Upgrade Across an Entire Rental Property

This rental had the kind of lighting situation you see all the time - dim rooms, dated flush-mount fixtures, and bare ceiling where nothing existed at all. Not exactly the setup that makes guests feel at home. We went room by room and installed clean LED recessed lights throughout the whole property, covering the bedroom areas, the main living space, the hallway, and the kitchen.

The kitchen was the biggest job. The old setup relied on a basic ceiling fixture and a chandelier that really wasn't doing much. We cut in multiple recessed cans, ran all the wiring, and tied everything into the panel - which you could see was wide open during the rough-in phase. Once the LEDs were seated and lit, the whole kitchen opened up in a way that the old fixtures just couldn't deliver.

The hallway and living areas got the same treatment. That long corridor was pulling all of its light from one small source at the end of the run. After we added recessed LEDs across the length of the ceiling, the space felt completely different - brighter, more even, and actually welcoming instead of just functional.
